South Korean exhibition installed in London. 12 installations, most of them with projections – up to four projectors per artwork. Unique naïve picture language which seems quite exotic in this hemisphere.

Looks like the installation is a commercial window to Seoul encouraging spectators to go there. This is fine however as the artworks have their own image language which gives a good flavour of being at the other side of the globe.

The installation is accompanied by an app to be used for scanning symbols hidden at the installations. Every scan reveals a South Korean dish which is introduced in the app.

Pros
A charming and exotic contribution to the immersive art scene

Cons
Simple tech. Could be more creative.

Technical
Christie projectors.
